
Honorable member of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts IACA, Member of the international creative association of contemporary artists “One Look Ahead”. The main directions of the artist are Abstractionism and Suprematism.
Born in 1976 in Chisinau. In 1987 he began to engage in wood carving. From 1988 to 1991, he actively participated in exhibitions and competitions of children’s and youth creativity, and repeatedly became a prize-winner. Received a UNESCO diploma for participating in an international competition.
From 1992 to 1995 he studied at SPTU with a degree in cabinetmaking. During his studies, he took part in the annual competition between vocational schools, where he regularly took first place as a member of the group. During the same period, he created paintings using the Marquetry technique (French marqueterie) and made free copies of works by Ivan Kramskoy and other authors on religious themes. After graduating from SPTU, he was invited to work in the Czech Republic, restoring antique furniture and making replicas of works of art from wood. At the same time, he became acquainted with the theoretical works of K. Malevich and V. Kandinsky and became interested in suprematic and abstract painting.
In 2003 he returned to Moldova, where he received a diploma in “Interior Design”. He worked as a designer and production director in a company that was engaged in interior design and decoration. At the same time he painted pictures. In 2010, he moved to Moscow permanently, where he is active in his creative work.
