Teimuraz Samsonidze

Samsonidze Teimuraz Guramovich (born in 1978) – artist, member of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 2004). Born in Leningrad, in the family of a physicist and an artist. Grandson of the artist Beletsky A.P. (born 1926) and great-grandson of the writer Beletsky PK (born in 1871) Graduated in 2001 from the St. Petersburg branch of the Moscow State Academy of Printing Arts (MGAP) on the course “Book graphics”.

Participant of 45 creative exhibitions, including 4 personal ones. Designed several cafes in St. Petersburg and Kolpino (from 2003-2006). Little by little he was engaged in design and book graphics, as well as lithography on stone (in the Peter and Paul Fortress). For many years he was engaged in teaching at art schools and houses of creativity in St. Petersburg . He was invited to the virtual galleries ByArt and Saatchi Gallerry Art. The artist’s works are kept in museum and private collections in Russia and abroad.

In the recent years he has been engaged in free creative work.
