Valera Leningradtsev

Valera Leningradtsev was born in May 1972.

Art came into the artist’s life at the age of forty-five and became firmly integrated into his reality.

Valera Leningradtsev – artist-philosopher, member of the Union of Artists
St. Petersburg, working with a digital form that creates spatial depth through a minimum of expressive means.

In his digital works, a complex plastic language of contrasts is combined with the depth of texture and color. In the artist’s paintings there is a kind of three-dimensionality in a flat image, leading into matter and into the philosophical understanding of the universe.

Valera Leningradtsev is a contemporary artist who combines spatial-monumental vision in a modern digital graphic embodiment, builds relationships between an object and the environment through a new digital expression with the aesthetics of relationships and shapes of modern technical modeling.
