Vera Makarova

A young artist Vera Makarova has been drawing for as long as she can remember. She was born in Latvia, there she started training at an art school. Then she graduated from an art school in Russia.

Later Vera graduated from the Geography Faculty of the Moscow State University and worked in the field of green ecology. In 2011 she defended her Ph.D. thesis. Shortly thereafter, the eldest son underwent a kidney transplant, and her youngest son was diagnosed with autism and she started rehabilitating them. Art helps Vera feel the beauty of our world and gives her strength.

Vera had several personal exhibitions, participated in charity auctions.

You can find her works on the walls of different offices, funds and medical institutions.
